Regular Workouts?
I am a fitness freak and regularly workout to keep my body well toned and fit. Apart from visiting gym on almost daily basis I also have few equipments like treadmill and other at my home itself.
Do you workout regularly? What all exercises do you do?
I regularly workout since many years but I restrict myself to 3 days a week. On other days I walk couple of miles.
I usually limit my workouts to few squats, 3 mile jog & a bit of weight training. I am not very regular about it but yes I enjoy it. Actually in my teens I was a fatso but later on due to much teasing by my friends I made up my mind to loose few kgs which was quite easy!
I go to the gym about 6 days a week. I do alot of classes. I like spinning classes, step classes, and kickboxing. I also do some weight training, and I adore the bodysculpting classes.
I get very bored working out indoors. I would much rather walk through the park, or jog on the track by my house. I like to go hiking every Sunday. It is fun and never boring!
I love classes at the gym. I do alot of dance workouts, step classes, cycling, toning and sculpting, and power kickboxing. I also like pilates for my abs.
I work out outside. I get very bored indoors, so I like to go for a jog at 5 in the morning, in my neighborhood. I get a great workout, and it is alot of fun.
I love working out at home. I do the elliptical, the treadmill, and the stepper. I also like aerobics. My favorite is Kathy Smith. She has great kickboxing videos, that burn a ton of calories.
I love cycling outdoors. I enjoy the sun and nice weather, and it is alot of fun to go riding in my neighborhood. It is very peaceful, especially early in the morning.
I like Taebo alot if I am home. I usually go to the gym and I do step classes and dance. I do some pilates for toning and I spin every morning. I also like the treadmill for running and the elliptical.
I love yoga and pilates but I also like more intense exercises like step classes, dance, and sculpting. I try to do variety so that I dont get bored.
I workout daily if you call my 6 mile home-office bicycling trip as workout. Apart from it I do some bench presses and medation also.
I like the treadmill for running. I also like walking with weights. I get a very good workout.
I do cardio 6 days a week and I do weights about 3 days a week. I love cardio but I do weights because it speeds up my metabolism.
I do alot of cardio. I tone with weights, but my main focus is cardio. I prefer the treadmill or the elliptical.
I like to workout. I think it keeps me looking good and looking young.
I don't work out regularly, but I'm about to buy one of those ab wheel things. I tried one a few years ago, I only rolled it 2 times, and I hurt for 3 days! lol That thing is effective! So I'm gonna buy one, and get my tummy toned
I'll have to make sure to be careful when I start though, your lower back needs to be strong for it, so you have to start out slow. I've heard of people throwing out their lower back when they first start using it when they weren't careful. I'm looking forward to having a super tight tummy though
