What are your thoughts about World War I & II?

According to me what US & Allies did to Germany in the WW I was the most heinous thing. Actually it laid the foundation of WW II.

Both were horrible, and, well, should not happen again. I remember having to watch Saving Private Ryan in school, and wincing, realizing that this was told through the minds of veterans, and that the movie was still nothing compared to what happened.

Yeah, I always cry when I watch saving private Ryan. Sad
