you gotta check this guy out: http://formerfatguyblog.com he used to weight almost 500 lbs, and now he's a bodybuilder, he's in great shape, and looks amazing. I never knew it was possible to weight almost 500 lbs, and be able to look anywhere near normal again without surgery, but apearently you can. Pretty damn impressive.

That is fabulous. I am very happy for him. Losing weight is not an easy thing to do. I am glad he was able to change his life. That is an inspiring story.

That is amazing! I am very happy for him. I just lost 30 pounds and I am very happy about it. I feel like a new person now, and I have alot of fun shopping for new clothes.

Wow that is amazing. I am glad he was able to change his life. It must have been very hard to take that much weight off. I have trouble losing a few pounds, so that is just amazing to me.

Fat to fit, fitter & fittest! That's just awsome. I am completely baffled by the data presented on the blog. Is it real or some stinky marketing trick of "BIG PHARMA".

Wow, that is alot of weight. I couldn't imagine losing that much weight. I think that is so fabulous.

I lost alot of weight so I think losing weight is possible for anyone. I think workout out will always get the weight off.
Wow! That is amazing! I think he is an inspiration and I am happy he could go that far with his body. That just shows that anybody can lose weight and get fit.
