Do you eat healthy?
I am starting to eat healthy alot lately. I get alot of fat free foods, and diet food. I like grilled chicken, couscous, salads, soups, turkey, and whole wheat pastas.
I eat alot of healthy foods. I am on a strick diet now. I eat alot of fruit, vegetables, fish, and I love steamed foods. I try to stay away from meat and carbohydrates most of the time.
Not really now that I think about it. I run everyday for 20 minutes giving me the luxury to eat whatever I want. However, I never eat fast food or junk food like potato chips.
Yes. I eat food with low carbohydrates, fat and sugar. I usually eat vegetables and steamed food like chicken and fish. And I drink green tea and water most of the time.
I eat healthy alot. I watch my weight and I love weight watchers foods and lean cuisines, because they are very tasty.
I like grilled chicken, vegetables, soups, and any kinds of salads. I make alot of salads at home, and I like to be creative.
I eat healthy. I like whole wheat pasta and brown rice. I also like salmon, and flounder alot with vegetables.
I detox once a year and I eat low calorie pretty much. I love grilled shrimp and grilled chicken. I also eat alot of mussells and clams.


I eat very healthy. I buy alot of the foods that you buy. I try to avoid sugar and I keep the fat very low in my diet. I also watch the carbs, because I gain very easily with them.
