Do you detox?
I detoxed for a long time, and it was a fast way to get off alot of weight. I haven't detoxed recently because I have been too tired. I think it is important for good health to detox once in a while, to give your digestive system a break. What are your thoughts on detoxing?
Every sunday I limit myself to liquid diet like soups, juices, milk etc & yes its great way to give a break to your digestive system.
They say it is very healthy for the body to detox. I like fruit detoxes the best. They really clean out your system and you feel great after.
I lost about 20 pounds with liquid diets. I took vitamins too and it helps for energy and hunger cravings. I did not gain it back so I was very happy.

I have done alot of liquid diets and they worked for a while but your metabolism does shut down so it is not a great thing.
I like liquid diets once in a while, if I need to get some weight off. It does come off, the trick is to eat fruits and slowly introduce food to your diet.
