Do you take vitamins?

I love vitamins. I think they are important because I don't eat a wide variety of foods. I also take them for my metabolism, and for energy. I get better workouts out of it, and they are cheap anyway, so I like to do take them every day. I take vitamin c, a multivitamin, calcium, fish oils, and once in a while I take L Carnitine for a good workout.

I like vitamins alot. My favorite is Vitamin C. I feel great when I take that, and I also like taking a multivitamin for energy.

Gulping vitamin tabs is not my style. I think you should eat foods that offer you enough of nutrients and moreover don't listen to those stupid claims of pharma companies. I don't take any suppliments unless my doctor suggests.

I take fish oils alot of the time and I like vitamin c alot. Vit C is good for preventing colds.

I love vitamins! I take a multivitamin, calcium for my bones, vitamin c, and e. I have alot of energy and good skin because of it.
