I don't like Comcast. The people are not very friendly, but I like that they have 24/7 chat if you need technical help. I lose connection once in a while only.

See, the service I always got was friendly, so I was happy about that! I only loose connection once in a while, but that only really happens, say, if someone hits a pole and everyone's goes out. That's not Comcast's fault though.

I think they are pretty good. I never had a real problem with it, so I am sure you would like it.

I had Comcast for a while, and it seemed like they kept screwing up everything. I got so sick of it I switched to Astound. Astound is awesome, but they are only available in some areas. Fortunately, we're moving back to one of those areas pretty soon, so I'm happy I'll get Astound back!

Real happy with comcast. It's like the Apple of Cable companys.
