Do you skip meals?
They say skipping meals is bad for your blood sugar. Your blood sugar can get very low if you are not eating enough.
I used to skip breakfast now and then because I was late for school and such. Now that it's summer, and I don't have to be in work till later, I can enjoy my time at home and eat a good breakfast to start my day.
Unless its an emergency I don't skip meals. My mother is very strict about it and hence over the time I've formed the habbit of having my meals very regularly.
The only time I ever miss a meal is when I sleep in till about midday during my days off. Otherwise I make sure I have plenty of food as well as breakfast, lunch and dinner.
I have a Chinese friend who says you should have 6 small/medium meals in a day. This would keep your body in best shape. But due to my work schedules and other commitments I often skip meals.
Sometimes I dont have alot of time to eat, so I often skip lunch and I just eat dinner. I am not the kind of person that eats regular meals. I just eat when I am hungry.

I like to have alot of energy and be productive so I usually don't skip meals and I eat snacks during the day.
I skip breakfast alot of the time. I am ok with just a few cups of coffee so I like to wait until lunch to eat.

I usually don't skip my meals as basically I don't do anything and hence I am never in a hurry.
