It's being reported that tomorrow Obama will announce a 3 year spending freeze on the federal government. The democrats are comparing it to what President Hoover did that sunk America into the Great Depression in the 1930's. The Administration is saying it's so they can clean up wasteful programs that are costing everyone money and aren't helping very many people.
