I thought this post was always hilarious, but for the longest time I thought it was hilariously random! But I just figured out there was that text below the picture that read "Never hire a plastic surgeon that describes himself as 'creative.'" LOL! I love it even more now! I would say the picture is 'lolzier' now that I know that.
