An old hippy am I. Grew up in South Beach , Fla. where I learned what a beachcomber was then whizzed over to BerZerkeley Ca. crossed the country in a little MG where I began the learning arts of HippyDom; candle making, organic vegy growing, mind expansion classes at The Timothy Leary School of Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds, backpacking in the Sierras Ten Lakes, tie dying clothes, learned to be a flaming radical Democrat, concerts in small parks with todays biggest bands for free, partying with The Greatful Dead and Jefferson Airplane, rioting and marching for civil rights movements, Love-ins, nude beaches, birthing and naming my children with cosmic distinguishable names, Rolling Stones concert at Altamont (where the Stones paid the Hell's Angels free beer to guard concert-1 dead 150 injured), flexing thumb to hitchike all over Ca. for free, Bongs, Bongs & more Bongs, Transendental Meditation, college with straight As .. Bio major, met the most amazing people and friends in my entire life and finally moved to the midwest to raise my children in safety and away from all those hippys I once was. Cough, cough, cough !
